It says "O' camello e o animal que menos bebe - Non seas camello" which translates to "The camel is the animal that drinks the least -
Don't be a camel"

It is about 4-3/4" to top of lid. Narrow at the top. Not sure what it is, perhaps a small sugar bowl. Silver trim on handles, lid and knob.
The bottom is marked Lafuente Porcelanas (Lafuentes Porcelain).
It is in excellent condition.
