There are two sides of a basketball: the outside and the inside. About 30 years ago a grand jury convened in Reno, Nevada. After two years of work, the jury issued a 48-page report on its findings. The name Clyde Biglieri was mentioned in this report, which falsely accused Biglieri of having a conflict of interest when he voted on an item as a Reno city councilman. At the same time, the grand jury had an investigative unit funded by the county and state with grant money from the federal government. This unit was formed to investigate organized crime. This prelude illustrates how the 4th amendment was violated by local and state governments, and how journalists and management of the Reno newspapers totally failed to uphold their own code of ethics and won a Pulitzer Prize in the process. It is proof that once the seeds of history are sown, the truth will eventually grow into the light Even if it takes 30 years. With Malice Toward One is the prelude to a longer work, which will detail the events that lead to and followed those illustrated herein. The events in this book played out in the local news in Northern Nevada, but this side of the story - the truth - has never been told.
