The vibration dampener, elastic joint commonly known as the anaconda, serves to eliminate transverse vibrations transmitted from the compressor to the refrigeration system (mainly on the suction side of the system) of the system. Anaconda is made of a metal corrugated pipe terminated on both sides with steel lined with bushings from the outside and is covered with a special metal mesh. Thanks to this special construction, the vibrations generated especially during starting and stopping the compressor are not transmitted to the intake manifold.
