Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit by Adelle Davis (1970 Mass Market Paperback)
Your nutrition can determine how you look and feel: whether you are grouchy ... or cheerful, homely ... or beautiful, whether you think clearly ... or are confused, enjoy your work ... or make it a drudgery.
The application of nutritional knowledge in the kitchen has lagged decades behind the progress made in nutritional research. Only when nutrition is applied in planning and preparing meals day after day can best health be attained.
Cover states: "Over 3,500,000 copies in print! Revised and updated".
