Cute Chinese baby on rocking horse, hands behind head 'look no hands'
In good condition but there are a few chips to the paint on the rear of the sharpener predominantly and a couple on the front.
A lovely decorative, collectable piece. Possibly 1930's-40's.
The sharpener itself is made from red pastic.
