Laptops boot to BIOS and key functions tested working. Laptops are used and have typical wear, scratches, scuffs, minor dings. Laptops have worn/shiny keys, palm rest, and trackpad. One laptop is missing feet.

Possible marks on LCD from keyboard which may or may not be noticeable during use. One laptop does not have the M2 caddy and has white spots on the LCD.

Both laptops have battery showing good health. Power supplies are not included.

• COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer.  Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying.
• sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos.
• Batteries (if included) are not fully tested and are not guaranteed.  This includes CMOS batteries.
• File photos are used to represent items being sold in the auction (unless indicated otherwise).  Actual items may have slight differences from photos.
• We do not provide technical support for setup, installation, programming or any other related issues.

PAYMENT

• Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
• PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
• We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.

SHIPPING

• WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
• We ship via UPS.  If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
• LOCAL PICKUP:
  • If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
  • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax.  Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

• We strive to have 100% satisfaction.  If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
• Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
• Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
• Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
• Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
• Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
  • If item is found to be faulty:  At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
  • If item is found to be in advertised condition:  Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater).  Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

• If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim.  PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
