Very good condition.  Made in Japan.  I don't see any cracks or chips.  Some crazing. The planter is about 4 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide across the top of the rim.  The shell hanger without the planter in it measures 36 inches in length top to bottom.  Includes some vintage flowers, and an owl.  I did my best to get the decades of dust (lol) off but there are some remnants.  Very cute and kitchy!  Please see all gallery photos.  We are a smoke free, pet friendly home.  Have a great day!
