LENNOX Control Circuit Board Model TSC-1 B-57501A for Lennox 28G5601 used part, this is control board only, comes same as pictured. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. The part was inspected by professional HVAC installer and was in great working condition when removed.
