From a smoke free home, requires 3 AA batteries ( not included ). Tested and works perfectly, the lights flash as he sings and dances. There is a scuff on the toe of the right shoe and he no longer has a hat but the original tag is still attached. About 9 inches high and the base is 6 inches across.
