24" from top of shoulder to bottom of toe. Sleeve 9" Regular Size, no fabric type on tag. Tag says The Muffetts, can't tell if this is a rip off of Raggedy Ann/Andy or it actually is one of their products. The Doll Face on the Onesie looks a lot like Andy. Could be used on child or doll.
