This is a strikingly beautiful candle holder made of quality glass and quality molding. The maker is unknown, but I believe it to be American made. It looks like the quality produced by L E Smith, Fenton, Anchor Hocking or others, or that was made for L G Wright. But I can't find it in the books I have. The design is a cluster of flowers with a butterfly . The design is embossed into the glass and is on both sides. It is 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide at the top. It can be useful for other uses than only candles -- toothpicks, match sticks, cotton tipped swabs -- whatever you'd like. I like it with an electric tealight in it, shining through the beautiful blue glass! It's a deep bright blue, darker than Anchor Hocking's Laser Blue, but not as dark as cobalt blue.
This high quality candle holder is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or other damage. There is a mold number "7" on the smooth bottom. It weighs 5.6 ounces before packing for shipping.
