Angola and what was the Belgium Congo by a Scottish missionary who stayed on to translate the Bible into native languages. He travelled from Portuguese West Africa to Luanza over 22 years who set out to understand "the mind of the African.".
CONDITION:
Good Condition: Pages are clean and easy to read. Wear to spine, tips & couple little flea bites. (see pics). If we only look as good from 1913, but
this book can still be read and treasured. Spine is
slightly shaken as map
end papers beginning to separate in few places, once
tipped-in color illustrations are now laid-in as common for this fragile
paper, does not affect the illustrations. All interior text easy to read,
with four pages with chipped margin edges, not involving text.
