The vase is made of porcelain and Delft earthenware, and is handmade in the Delft production style. It is signed by the Delft artist E. Sp. and has an octagonal ribbed design, making it both decorative and unique.

The vase is 7 5/8" tall and 2 7/8" wide at the bottom, with a glossy finish and hand-painted details. It is an original, licensed reproduction of True Delft Pottery and is considered a vintage item from the early 20th century. DE PORCELEYNE FLES INFO: 1653 - Present
De Porceleyne Fles has been in continuous existence since 1653 and is considered creme de la creme of Delft production. One reason for their continued success is their wares are hand painted. Joost Thooft and partner Labouchere bought the firm in 1876. Fles pieces are sought after collectibles and the larger the item, the more detailed, the more expensive! Modern production of large pieces and tile tableaus are priced in the thousands of dollars!

Of the ca. 32 pottery bakeries, Royal Delft is the only remaining factory in Delft.
