Very good used condition.  Tin is very good with only a little bit of tarnish spots on rim of lid (see photos) NO dents or scratches.  Cars are great as well.  Contents have never been played with or displayed.  Comes with #24 Dupont and Pepsi/Frito diecast cars and Sam Bass concept art card.  Limited Edition from 1999 # P649816077-5.  Great collector item for any Jeff Gordon fan!
