Johnny Rivers At The Whiskey A Go Go Red Vinyl Japan Import.  The sleeve is mad of some sort of paper that has a plastic sleeve over it.  There is a tiny flea bite in the side of the vinyl I am not a record collector nor can I grade them if you have questions please ask.
