This is a set of two bottles of Tripod Twist-Lock Grease from Gitzo and is meant to be used every time your tripod is cleaned. It helps ensure smooth operation and protects the metal surfaces from excessive wear and tear. The grease is non sticky, which also helps avoid buildup of dust, sand, and other dirt that may dramatically reduce the locking system life time. Each tube has enough grease to lubricate a four-section tripod.

Gitzo recommends to use a minimal quantity of grease. An excessive amount may attract undesired dirt and reduce the locking ability of the system.
