Some cover soiling and wear, inclding edges and corners, moisture stain ofc and back cover, which is also on the pages in the front and back. Signed inside covers and on end leaves. Pages browned, some edge and corner wear, several pages in front torn, some text foxing, musty smelling. It measures 3 1/2"w x 5 3/4"h x 7/8". A nice find.
