Item is pre-owned and in good condition. All parts are there & work. There is some rust which is to be expected, but could easily be re-painted or removed if needed. (I personally love the vintage wear).

Item is marked & is for the countertop. This is cast iron & is made in the USA. Piece to the top (of the red portion) measures 15" tall x 5.5" depth x 4" wide.
