It's a lovely Paris ashtray made by Brass (heavy copper) from probably 50's made in France. 

There are Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the Basilica of the Sacre-Coeur are depicted on the ashtray. 

It is in excellent vintage condition for its age. It has no damage or crack.
