Sweet Blue Lupine Seeds
Annual blue wildflowers!
Unlike perennial lupine, this relatively unkown and completely under-rated legume is edible. It has been used use a protein packed food for human consumption, as well as for animal fodder. It is a fantastic green-conscious fertilizer. It can also be made into coffee or snacks. It is a pollinator and a heavy seed producer for birds and other wildlife. In short, this is an all around beautiful super-plant.
For germination, plant the seeds 1/8"-1/4" deep after danger of frost, ideally when average temperatures are consistently in the 70's F.
