Enesco introduced the Precious Moments Tender Tails Series in November of 1998. Since then it has grown very strong and into a large collection. Each comes with an adoption registration tag which can be sent in to receive a personalized care guide and an official Certificate of Adoption. These are now vintage and make an excellent addition to your collection.
