This vinyl LP record is in VG+ very good plus condition.  

Side one of record has a small scuff mark.  

Inner paper sleeve has a couple creases.  Seams are intact.  

Cardboard sleeve has very minor wear and a water mark on corner.  

There is a small tear on open edge side.  

Seams are intact.
