The sign shows age and wear. Seems to be very fragile. There are scratches, scuffs, spots, discoloration. It is damaged in a few places. The movie insert is taped and has a rip. The frame holding the sign needs some repair. One corner is cracked. Needs some cleaning, especially from inside.
