The cover has a hole punch on the front and back. It also has a sticker on the front that reads screening cassette for promotional use only. These were given to video stores so that they could watch and familiarize themselves with movies before they were released for public rental. Copies of these are rarer due to that fact. It is possible for writing to be over the video during playback.
