This is rare, never seen one before like this, The size is 9 x12". It has handles on top. Very nicely made and the children love it. It gives them a turn to put the characters in the old lady's belly.  It has tabs with Velcro so it closes and you won't lose the characters.  It is pre-owned and has some wear.  One of the characters the bird needs a little stitch or 2 on the seam. Every other one is perfect.
