This is a Matchbox Lesney Superfast Series 38 Model A Ford made in England.  It is a promotional item for the 1st Annual Toy Show of the Matchbox Collectors Club held October 9, 1982 in Hershey, Pennsylania.  It is in mint condition with the original box.  Please see the photos to make your own assessment.
