Charming estate sale find in this hard to find out in the wild, vintage 1950's Leonard Weisgard • Three Little Kittens framed art print! Darling nursery rhyme graphic depicts these 3 sweet kittens with their colorful bows on! This print is an ode to the Three Little Kittens book from 1958 that was illustrated by Leonard Joseph Weisgard. He was an American writer and illustrator of more than 200 children's books. He is known best for his collaborations with writer Margaret Wise Brown. 

Prints like these were all the rage for thrifty housewives from coast to coast to decorate on a budget and mostly available through mail order magazine or newspaper ads back in the day. Print is made of a sturdy thick cardboard / press board type material. Bright and vivid blue eyes on these tabby kittens surrounded by foliage and a butterfly!
