ITEM CONDITION
Item will come as pictured. Please see all pictures before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations. Item may have minor scratches, scuffs, or dings. Any more serious damages will be pictured and/or listed in the above description. Item includes only what is pictured. Any contents not in the pictures will not come with the item. All part numbers are also pictured. We do our best to picture all items from every angle so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
New or Open Box Items
Many of our new items do NOT include the original packaging. Those items that do have the original packaging may have been opened for picturing purposes. Often times the original packaging may have tares, scuffs, or scratches on the cardboard or plastic packaging. If an item includes the original packaging, the packaging will be photographed in the pictures.
Re-manufactured Items
Many of our re-manufactured items do not show signs of any use but do have aesthetic wear such as scratches, residue, and/or scuffs. Any re-manufactured labels will be included in the pictures.
Used Items
Many of our used items may actually have been never mounted but has been damaged. All damages will be included in the pictures and/or in the above description.
Please review all provided part numbers, pictures, and descriptions to ensure you are purchasing the correct, desired item. Measurements are usually included at the end of the pictures. SHIPPING TERMS
All of our items include both a shipping option and a local pick up option. Free shipping applies only to US domestic shipments, but we are happy and able to ship anywhere. Before buying, be aware that we include a potential surcharge for shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO/DPO. You must enter your zip code into the shipping and handling section and click “Get Rates” in order to determine your actual shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote. Items already in a box may be shipped in its original box. Please message us if you would like your items shipped in a separate packaging box.
We do offer combined shipping.
Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground because the item is large in size or weight you will need to provide us with a physical address. UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you would like even faster shipping or are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Domestic Islands please message us before purchasing for a shipping quote.
We also offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and deduct shipping from their price.
Items must be picked up within 1 business day of when they are available. If you would like to pick up your item(s) in person, then you must follow these steps below-
1.All orders MUST be paid for one day prior to pick up. Items paid for on Friday will be available for pick up the following Monday.
2.Contact us through messages or our website to schedule a pick up time.
3.Provide our staff with: Your username, a form of identification, and a signature for your item(s).
RETURNS
If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please message us to discuss return options. Please note: we record serial numbers to discourage fraud.
If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed.
Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.
Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item is listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the 30-day return policy period.
