Payment:
- All PayPal, Major Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed through Managed Payments
- Full payment must be received within 2 days of winning the auction or buying it via "Buy It Now"

Shipping:
- Item(s) will ship via usps or fedex to a confirmed street address, meaning that I will only
- If buyer pays shipping only the shipping method offered by seller will be used. No alternate shipping requests.
- All books and cds/dvds/bluray/video games on disk will ship via media mail.
- Please note that due to supply chain issues and carrier workforce shortages it is VERY UNLIKELY that your item will be delivered on the estimated date that USPS, FEDEX or UPS state in their tracking information. More than likely there will be DELAYS. Please understand that this is BEYOND THE CONTROL of the seller and take this into account when anticipating your item or items' arrival.
Combined Shipping:
On most smaller to medium sized items I am happy to offer combined shipping if you buy more than one item from me and want it all shipped in one package.
Return policy:
In
the event of a return, buyer is required to pay shipping return costs. Return must be received within 14 days
of receipt (unless otherwise agreed upon between the seller and buyer) before refund will be submitted and item must be received in the "exact" state that it was sold in without any signs of damage. Buyer is advised (for their own protection as well as that
of the seller) to send back "signature required" so that there is proof
the seller received the item back.
Cancellations:
Although
I understand cancellation requests will inevitably occur from time to
time, I ask only that you try to be sure you truly wish to order this
item before sending payment. I update sales data frequently and this
will cut down on additional work I would need to do in going back and
updating the sale information. I appreciate your understanding.

AS IS Items:
Items listed in an AS IS state mean exactly that. I make no guarantees
of the items functionality so that if you purchase an item that is
listed AS IS you are accepting the terms that the purchase is made at
your own risk. I don't offer returns on AS IS items. I will make every
effort to list as many defects to the item that I am aware of, but that
is the best I can do. Typically AS IS items are being sold to people who
believe they can repair them, or they are being sold for parts salvage.
Vintage Technology Disclaimer:
I
test all vintage electronics before posting to assure that the items
are in working condition. Most of these are VCRs or Combo units. Please
understand that these are older technology. I cannot "guarantee" the
longevity of these items. Most of them will work for a good long time,
but there is always the possibility with electronic items (especially
ones of this age) of failure over time. Although I don't accept returns
on these type items, does offer it's own 30 day guarantee. So if an
item does fail within that time frame you can open a case for a refund
providing you provide proof of the failure. If the item was damaged
during shipping and rendered unusable, you may also open a case and I
will open a case with the shipping carrier (Fedex, UPS, or USPS). Please
be aware of these terms before buying.

Damage During Shipping: In the unlikely event of damage during shipping caused by the carrier, the buyer recipient will need to supply the seller with "proof of damage" photos. This is necessary so that the seller can expedite the buyer's refund process and begin a case with the shipping carrier in order to recoup his own losses.
