Sterling Silver Pierced Sugar Basket Frank Whiting Blue Glass Bowl Handle

Some patina on silver and very light surface scratches.  The handle is slightly bent.

Silver sugar bowl measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall not including the handle.  The cobalt blue glass bowl does not have any chips or cracks; there are some minor light surface scratches. 

Marked on the bottom Sterling with hallmark.
