Set of two that appear to be same age as they are both engraved (in English ) as a presentation gift from one couple to another. The 84 mark signifies Zolotnik (a unit of weight in Russia) that in this case signifies the cups are made of .875 silver. The other mark seems to be an indication of date or assayer and the closest we found was one dated in Moscow around 1875. The two cups have different drawn engravings on them but the inscription pairs them for life. We see no reason to split them up and think they would look fantastic as a collectors item.

Found at an estate sale in the US Midwest. Both cups are 2 inches tall and weigh 33.8 grams and 32.4 grams.

Unfortunately no other hallmarks that we found so maker is unknown. If you have more information please let us know and we will add to this listing.

Will ship USPS with tracking to winning buyer
