8" HOSE CLAMP PLIERS, 8" long,  made of Chrome Vanadium from CHIEF UltraLast Auto Parts, Dallas.  Probably 40+ years old.  Chief Auto Parts was sold in 1979 and finally merged into O'Reilly.  This design is hard to find; O'Reilly's sells a completely different tool.  In the original package, never used.  Some dust from the shop.  No rust.
