In good condition, but may have some minor scratches, scuffs, nicks and such from playwear.  The button control panel takes 3 AAA batteries, which will not come with the lot, but has been tested and works.  Doesn't appear to be a branded Paw Patrol but seems to fit with the Paw Patrol crew.
