Instructions:
1) To LOCK:
Move stop bar to upper position.
Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet.
Jaw may be tightened as required.
Move stop bar to down position.
Jaw is then locked against movement in either direction to prevent over-tightening or loosening.

2) To UNLOCK:
Move stop bar to upper position.
Rotate key one-quarter by turning clockwise.
Do not use undue pressure, but be sure to turn.
