basically clean with some scuffing

3 of the figures are larger - approx 6" tall
the other 7 are approx 3" - 5"
can't read the label but possibly pvc or some sort of rubber
were used as a prize in japan
some of the bags have some small holes
some has some colors that have rubbed - check out the photos
