Description:
Original Western Union Telegram from President Ronald Reagan To Dr. I. Lawrence Kerr DDS sent May 18, 1988., in recognition of an Eagle Scout Award Kerr was receiving from the Boy Scouts of America.  The telegram is two pages. A staple was removed from the upper left corner of both pages.   Very unique one of a kind item for the Reagan collector.
