$60 credit will be added at the time of activation. DO NOT TRY TO ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD BY CONTACTING THE CARRIER OR ELSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CREDIT. WE WILL HAVE TO ACTIVATE YOUR SIM CARD FOR YOU. After receiving your SIM card, email us through the messaging system so that we can proceed with the activation process. If you would like to port or transfer your current number, we will need your current phone number, zip code at the time of activation, current account number, and PIN number (this information will have to be retrieved from the current carrier). Please allow at least one business day for activation (it usually takes only a few minutes though).
Cell phone service plans and SIM cards are non-refundable after completion of activation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm the compatibility of a SIM card/service in their geographic area and with their current device. After activation of a SIM card/service and application of the purchased credits, the service provider (carrier) will address any further concerns and issues. The customer can contact their service provider by dialing 611 from their device. |
