This is the more-desired 2nd box set from 1997 which covers July through December.  Please see pics, there are some good cars in here.  This set by itself was limited to 6000 pieces.  This set is more special than that, though, as it is from famous Hot Wheels designer Larry Wood's personal collection!  There is a sticker in the upper right corner that denotes this, and these stickers were applied to all production items when Larry sold his collection a few years ago.  This set is new and sealed, but note that there are a couple tears in the shrink wrap, one on top of the box on the right side and one on the left side about halfway down.  There is also some minor shelf wear on the box, as well as a tiny amount of price tag residue on the top edge.
