As you can see from the photo, this iPhone 7 will power on, but that's all. The screen will not respond to taps. I can't power it down or get into the settings. It belonged to a relative who passed away so I don't know the Apple ID or password. And it wouldn't matter if I did because I can't get past the iPhone Unavailable screen.

Cosmetically it shows signs of wear on the body but there are no scratches on the screen. Charging cable not included.
