This is the 1983 Tom Clark Gnome Asleep in the Foilage Figure entitled Couch Potatoe - the embedded coin reads BIER MARK. It measures  approx 3 1/2" x 4" at base and approx 2 3/4" tall and it is in good pre-owned condition - great design and detail on this and all Tom Clark Figurines.
