Wear to extremities\ lightly chipped at the crown and the base, one signature sprung. Includes 10 full page engravings of various cottages, a single color plate demonstrating cottage paint colors, and various in-text illustrations, very foxed. Small notice tipped in on the title page stating that part 2 is in preparation and set to be published in a few months, dated April 1844.
