This is a pen and ink sketch of a seated girl, 9 1/2" x 7" by sight, signed indistinctly at lower right "Alg(?)."  The artist has handwritten in ink at the upper right "Como requeria cachorra de negros y lacido cabellos (How I needed a black, straight-haired puppy}."  It is framed under matte and glass and is in very good condition.  The matte shows moisture stains at the bottom but it does not affect the artwork.
