Smith, illustrated by Florence Lundborg, Paul Elder and Company Publishers, San Francisco 1904.  Hardcover without dust jacket as published.  It has some light bumps to spine and edges and the cover print is very slightly faded but otherwise it is in very good condition.  There are 2 gift inscriptions on one of the front fly leafs.
