1996 and 1999 Presidential Commemorative prints.  The 1996 print is an image of a painting of the White House by artist Daniel Kessler.  The 1999 print is an image of the White House with fire works, a painting again by Daniel Kessler.  Each print is 11"x9 1/4".  Each comes with a thank you letter from Bill Clinton and a certificate of authenticity.  Both sets are in very good condition in the original mailing envelopes.
