In original shrinkwrap. The button does not activate sound that can be heard through the shrink-wrap. Generally speaking, these sound boxes open for battery replacement, but since this is still in the shrinkwrap, we cannot know one way or another.

This book says it is a first printing with a complete numberline, however the copyright is 1961, for the song. Given the description I suspect this book is much like the opening to the original TV show: a series of views of the town of Bedrock,with the lyrics printed. 

Turner Publishing is associated with Turner Broadcast Network and may have acquired the merchandising rights with syndication. "Bedrock Press" released quite a few titles around this time, but this is the only musical book in the franchise.
