Condition: This is a genuine CISCO item. Includes the main WAP unit with base.  NOTE: This was a SEALED unit, but we opened it to verify what was inside, since it did not have a UPC number on it.  What you see is the actual item.  Be assured, it was brand new sealed before we took the photos.  You are saving $5 because we cut the seal.  See Photos.
