I guess I was looking for something different than the other girls were looking for. I LOVE this CD. I go to an exercise class every day and this gets my blood pumping more than the music they play there. When I put it on at home, I fly through the work that needs doing because of the beat. My adrenalin really gets pumping. I just bought the second disc in this collection. Depressed? Throw this one on and you will feel great. Take it from one who knows. And the music is fun to listen to. I bought this CD to jog to and I like it. The songs are fun and upbeat. What I like best about it, is that there is no breaks between songs, it goes from one song right into the next one. It would make a great CD for an aerobics class also.
