Vitamin C , also called ascorbic acid is mainly known for its anti-fatigue “an adjunct therapy for functional asthenia” and invigorating action, but its properties are manifold. Vitamin C has a role on the assimilation of calcium and iron, but also to fight against small diseases.

Usual dose : 1 tablet per day. Do not exceed 1 g per day. Oral use.
