In great shape, as shown in the photographs of the actual watch.  It is slightly on the large size with gold toned case, and has enameled type white dial with gold toned hands.  The crystal is clean, no marks whatsoever, and so is rest of the watch.  It comes with the box as shown.  The bracelet is good for wrist size of about 8.5 inches.
