Halston black and white tunic top is silky fabric with satin finish, not glossy but has a nice subtle sheen, and the length is very figure friendly, covering tummy and hips. There are slits at the sides by the hem for ease in movement and drape of fabric. The sleeves are split and the fabric has great fluid fit and drape There is a strap in the back at the back V neck and that is where the tag is, so that's why I think the V goes in the back. The front of the neck is higher and rounded. Perfect with black or white slacks or skirts, great career or casual wear. Dress it up or down. 

Condition is previously owned, gently and lightly worn. No issues were noted.

Hips are about 24 inches across

Length measured from top shoulder seam to hem is about 25 inches long
